Products for sale can be ordered directly on the website using the shopping cart in four simple steps:
Add the products you wish to purchase using the “add to cart” button found on each product sheet below the photo, indicating the quantities.
Access the Shopping Cart page to check and edit the order in its entirety, specifying delivery details, including address, delivery method, any different recipients, etc.
If you do not have an account, you can create one in a few seconds, once you do, log in.
Confirm the order from the cart page by proceeding with the payment on the bank’s secure server.
The purchase will be concluded when the cart, choice of payment and shipping method are confirmed.

Prices of products on the website include VAT.
The prices shown on the website are subject to possible changes by Eli Farm without any obligation to notify the Customer.
For Sales Contracts finalized prior to the publication of the aforementioned changes, but still being executed, the prices in effect at the time of completion of the Order will apply. Prices may vary by vintage, format or type of packaging.

Accepted methods of payment for purchases on the site are as follows:
Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard) via Nexi platform

If requested during the purchase process, by filling in the space provided with VAT number and Taxpayer Number, an invoice will be issued for the purchased goods.
The issuance of the invoice shall be based on the information provided by the consumer when ordering (pursuant to art 14 DPR 445/2000 and DL 52/2004).
The invoice, in paper format, will be sent with the products, in the same packaging.

Eli Farm delivers its products by express courier.
Shipping costs, in general, are borne by the customer and are highlighted explicitly when placing the order.
Normally, for products in stock, shipment takes place within 24 hours after the order is placed, but no later than seven days.
Delivery times are generally 1-3 days in Italy and 3-5 days for European countries from the time the goods are entrusted to the courier.
Eli Farm srl shall not be considered as liable for any delays due to exceptional events or situations.

The products offered for sale on this site are quality products, strictly checked by us.
The types and characteristics can be specifically viewed on the data sheets of each product, found on the website.
In the event that a product is defective and unsuitable for consumption, the customer should only provide timely information by writing to e-mail: info@crocerifarm.com and then proceed to return.
Eli Farm srl will verify the defect. In case it is confirmed, the product will be shipped again by reimbursing any shipping costs, provided they are documented.
In the event that it is found that the product is not available, Eli Farm srl will send a similar product or, at the option of the buyer, refund the amount related to the cost of the item and shipping, by bank transfer.
The same applies if the product is found to be unavailable after the order.
Pictures and/or colors may vary, also due to new packaging.
All risks related to the shipment of goods and damages that may occur during the transfer of goods purchased from the warehouse to the place of destination, until the time of signature for receipt of goods shall be borne by Eli Farm Ltd.
The customer shall sign WITH RESERVE the delivery note in case the packages are visibly damaged or tampered with, in order to allow to proceed with replacement of goods.
In the absence of such signature, the seller will NOT be liable for any damage caused to the goods shipped.

According to the regulations in force, Italian Legislative Decree 206/05, the consumer customer has the right to withdraw from the contract finalized within the term of ten working days from receipt of the goods without any loss and without giving reasons for the withdrawal.
The procedure to be followed to exercise the right of withdrawal is as follows:
The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending, within the aforementioned term, a written notice to the seller’s registered office Eli Farm srl via Piero Gobetti, 118 – 62012 Civitanova Marche – Italy, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.
The communication may also be sent, within the same term, by e-mail, provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with return receipt within the following forty-eight hours.
The return of the goods intact must be made within 10 working days from the written notice; both shipping costs and liability for the integrity of the goods are the responsibility of the customer; Eli Farm srl will refund the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) within 30 days of receipt of the goods, by bank transfer to be made to the account specified by the customer.
There is forfeiture of the right of withdrawal when:

The good subject to withdrawal is damaged by causes other than the transport of the good itself;
The good subject to the withdrawal lacks additional elements of the good itself;
The good subject to withdrawal is purchased by customers who are not identifiable as consumers under the above-mentioned law.

Personal data provided by customers will not be used for market research, sending of advertising material, promotions and/or the like by third persons and/or other companies.
The customer will receive only upon prior consent information about new products and/or offers from Eli Farm srl.
Personal data are handled in accordance with the Italian Legislative Decree No. 196/2003, art. 7.
Pursuant to and for the purposes of the Italian Legislative Decree No. 196 of 30 June 2003, the data provided at the time of the purchase order and/or completion of the invoice are excluded from the consent to the processing of data of the person concerned, as they are collected and stored only for tax purposes provided for by Italian and European legislation.
These data are used exclusively to fulfill the obligations of the purchase contract.

The contract is expressly subject to the implementation of the Italian Legislative Decree 06/09/2005 No. 206, G.U. 08/10/2005 No. 235, and in particular Articles 50 to 60 of the Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005, as well as the provisions of Article 18 of Legislative Decree 31 March 1998, No. 114, reforming the rules on trade. For anything not provided for, the provisions of the Italian Civil Code shall apply.
